Responsibilities
Design and build pitch decks, keynotes, and concept presentations that win new business and support leadership and investor communications. Own and maintain presentation systems including PowerPoint templates for over 180 employees to ensure brand consistency and rapid deployment. Organize and manage a library of decks, templates, and brand assets to avoid duplication and ensure easy access. Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all external-facing materials in print and digital forms. Develop proposals, collateral, and other brand assets supporting company-wide communication. Collaborate across departments including Strategy, New Business, Marketing, Creative, and leadership to translate strategy into memorable visuals.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in presentation design, brand design, or art direction with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint is essential, alongside skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, or Figma. Strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and hierarchy with experience building scalable brand systems and presentation templates. Organized approach to naming, version control, and asset management. Ability to visualize complex ideas into clear and persuasive visual stories. Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership. Fluent in English. Additional background in experiential design, architecture, technology, culture, or entertainment is a plus.
