Monitor market trends and performance, translating insights into strategic actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. Over 9 years experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in retail, FMCG or pet nutrition. Strong understanding of natural pet food category is highly desirable. Proven leadership skills in brand strategy development and execution, stakeholder influence, analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous.
