Qualifications
5+ years experience as a backend engineer in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot for backend development. Strong skills in SQL and relational database schema design/performance optimization. Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka. Proficiency in REST API design, microservices architecture, and cloud services preferably AWS. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Comfortable working in an Agile environment. Excellent English communication skills.
