Responsibilities

Qualifications
5+ years of backend development experience with complex system and platform solutions; strong expertise in Ruby on Rails; experience with building and improving platform tooling and libraries; understanding of agentic engineering concepts; strong communication and collaboration skills; problem-solving and quality-driven approach; familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS preferred; experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus.
