Responsibilities
Lead and evolve cloud architecture aligned with the 'cloud your way' strategy, designing portable and reliable SaaS solutions. Collaborate with Chief Architect on data, integration, and AI strategy. Implement containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as predictive analytics and LLM-based assistants. Develop platform components abstracting cloud dependencies to enable multi-cloud, private, and on-premise deployments. Apply FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance. Maintain detailed architecture documentation and contribute to governance metrics. Support technical due diligence for acquisitions and mentor engineering teams on architectural practices and responsible AI. Engage with internal AI and architecture communities.
Qualifications
5+ years in software architecture with experience in enterprise software, data and integration architecture. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML or related fields preferred. Strong background in SaaS and cloud platforms (Azure preferred, also AWS/GCP). 7+ years experience in C# or Java development. Hands-on containerization experience with Kubernetes and service mesh. Knowledge of microservices, API design, data platforms, and AI/ML frameworks. Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization. Proven ability to work across distributed teams and mentor developers. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for diverse audiences.
