Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of Android SDKs and mobile apps concentrating on device intelligence and fraud detection. Design and implement detection signals while enhancing performance, stability, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, analysts, and security researchers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Research and prototype new methods to improve mobile intelligence and detection systems. Analyze deployment data to enhance server-side logic and product effectiveness. Maintain open-source Android projects and demo apps. Translate UI designs into high-quality mobile interfaces adhering to Android best practices. Provide technical insights based on mobile ecosystem trends.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in native Android development at a senior level. Strong background in information security, mobile security, or fraud prevention technologies. Proven ability to build Android apps and SDKs with comprehensive lifecycle ownership. Deep understanding of Android internals, mobile system behavior, and performance optimization. Proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and familiarity with C++ and low-level mobile development. Analytical mindset with experience collaborating on data-driven projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, suitable for remote and asynchronous work. Experience with developer tooling, SDK development, GitHub Actions, Android obfuscation, and mobile security concepts is a plus. Interest in backend development and active involvement in the information security community are advantageous. Open-source contributions or active GitHub presence are appreciated.
