Responsibilities
Develop and ship full-stack AI agent systems and prototypes rapidly; track emerging AI models and protocols to create working prototypes; design experiments to measure prototype performance in quality, latency, cost, and user impact; collaborate with product managers and customers to validate and iterate AI concepts; produce reference implementations and detailed documentation for product teams; provide actionable feedback on AI capabilities; adapt quickly to shifting priorities and compound learnings across initiatives.
Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience with shipped products; proven track record deploying LLM-powered systems for real users; deep understanding of AI agent internals including message arrays, tool calling, and context management; proficient with AI-assisted coding tools; strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, and React; user-focused problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration; advantages include UX/UI design skills, experience with voice and real-time AI, open-source contributions to AI tooling, experience designing AI system evaluations, and background in conversational AI or customer experience products.
