Responsibilities
Design and build LLM-powered AI agents automating support workflows across various platforms; develop systems that understand requests, plan actions, retrieve context, execute tasks, and escalate as needed; own prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks to ensure production-quality behavior; build and maintain MLOps infrastructure including deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and safe rollouts; track impact via KPIs such as resolution time and automation rate; integrate systems with existing software stacks and APIs; collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to identify automation opportunities; share knowledge and support teammates in applying LLM-driven automation.
Qualifications
6+ years experience in software or machine learning engineering; proven success building and deploying LLM, GenAI, or agentic AI systems at scale; expertise in AI system architecture including tool calling, RAG, orchestration, memory and context management, evaluation, and guardrails; strong background in MLOps including deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident handling; proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript; excellent English (C1 level); German language skills are advantageous but not required.
