Responsibilities
Analyze antibody-antigen interactions using biochemical and structural methods; maintain and expand computational pipelines for in silico antibody-antigen analysis; design automated high-throughput antigen search functions; deploy and manage computational workflows on HPC clusters; collaborate cross-functionally to translate computational findings into experimental insights.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related structural science discipline; strong foundation in biochemistry and bioinformatics; hands-on experience with AlphaFold and Molecular Dynamics simulations (GROMACS, AMBER, NAMD); expertise in developing and managing HPC pipelines using bash scripting, Slurm, Nextflow or Snakemake.
