Responsibilities
Develop expert knowledge of fNIRS technology and related neuroimaging methods. Advise scientists on research solutions by understanding their goals and latest technology. Engage with a broad research community, providing demos, workshops, and training. Manage customer interactions via multiple communication channels. Attend and represent the company at scientific conferences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across locations. Act as the customers' voice within the company and contribute to product and service improvement.
Qualifications
PhD or Master's degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Comprehensive knowledge of physiological signal acquisition and analysis, ideally with experience in fNIRS, EEG, and/or fMRI. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Proven public speaking ability and interpersonal skills. Organized, team-oriented, and passionate about science. Willingness to travel 25-35%. EU passport or valid work permit required for work in EU locations. Previous neuroscience industry experience and strong publication record in fNIRS research are advantageous.
