Responsibilities
Develop clean-core compliant extensions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using released APIs, CDS Views, BAdIs, and SAP extension mechanisms. Build side-by-side applications on SAP BTP with CAP, ABAP Cloud, SAP Build. Design and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external business systems (CRM, MES, APS, PLM, reporting platforms) using SAP Integration Suite, OData, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions. Translate business requirements into technical architectures aligning with SAP Public Cloud standards. Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Functional Consultants, Digital Transformation teams, and external partners. Provide troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement support. Create documentation and promote knowledge sharing within IT teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of SAP development experience focusing on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP BTP. Proficiency with SAP Integration Suite and API technologies (REST, OData, SOAP). Experience in ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, CAP, Node.js and/or Java. Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Build, and cloud-native development. Understanding of SAP authorization, cloud security, transport and lifecycle management. Practical knowledge of event-driven architectures and modern software development practices including version control and CI/CD. Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred. Relevant SAP certifications (SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) advantageous. Fluent English communication skills.
