Responsibilities
Lead global SAP functional consulting delivery across multiple projects; coordinate consulting resources and project assignments; ensure project quality, adherence to timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction; coach and provide technical guidance to consultants; establish delivery standards, templates, methodologies, and governance; identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies; collaborate with Project Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Support teams; drive operational improvements and monitor delivery KPIs.
Qualifications
Strong background in SAP functional consulting with several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects; experience managing distributed consulting teams; excellent organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience in regulated industries such as Medical Technology or Life Sciences. Nice to have: SAP certification, experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, and experience with global delivery organizations.
