Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architectural design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, including retail execution and offline mobile applications; define system topologies, data models, integration patterns, and security; optimize offline mobile sync and data payloads; conduct architecture reviews; govern technical quality and platform debt; mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants; design seamless integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle), warehouse management, and supply chain tools; collaborate with business consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect (solution, functional, or enterprise level) with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Consumer Goods Cloud or equivalent platforms; deep FMCG/CPG industry knowledge; advanced expertise in offline mobile architecture and sync engines; mastery of Salesforce platform security, large data volumes, Apex performance tuning, and governor limits; strong communication skills to engage C-level and business stakeholders; English fluency required; additional languages are beneficial.
