Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategies targeting multiple retail channels in southern Vietnam. Achieve revenue, distribution, and market share targets. Develop sales forecasts and reports in coordination with supply chain and distributors. Drive sales execution and negotiate trade terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers. Ensure effective distribution, pricing, merchandising, and product visibility. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Manage inventory to optimize sell-through. Support and train distributor and customer sales teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG or health and wellness sectors, with deep knowledge of Vietnam retail market and distributor networks. Proven leadership and negotiation skills. Strong strategic and execution capabilities. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and regional stakeholders.
