Responsibilities

Lead high-energy Roform classes that integrate Pilates-inspired reformer movements to enhance participants' mobility, strength, and flexibility. Foster strong connections with community members and staff, represent the brand positively in-studio, and maintain high standards of hospitality and inclusivity. Adhere to a structured weekly schedule teaching a minimum of 6-9 classes, participate in ongoing professional development, and support studio operations as needed.

Qualifications

Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme is required, involving both online and practical in-person training over several weeks. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; prior Pilates experience is highly advantageous. Flexibility to work standard business hours, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Candidates should be residents of the city of employment from the audition date, able to commit to scheduled availability for at least four months, and prepared to teach multiple classes weekly.
