Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email during the booking process. Review and process bookings, including handling overbookings and options. Maintain reservation databases using OPERA Cloud and other electronic systems. Generate and verify invoices in accordance with pricing policies. Manage deposits and monitor timely incoming payments. Assist Sales and Front Office teams during busy periods.

Qualifications

Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or professional experience in hotel, catering, or customer call center sectors, or seeking a career change. Strong sense of quality and service with a passion for hospitality. Open, communicative, with excellent written and spoken English skills. Team player willing to support multiple departments to achieve shared goals.
