Responsibilities
Assist in increasing experimental throughput and data quality by preparing, conducting, and documenting experiments on chemical-physical sensing mechanisms. Support studies on repeatability, drift, temperature effects, aging, and cross-sensitivity. Prepare coolant samples, operate industrial sensor test setups, collect and analyze time-series experimental data, identify measurement variability sources, translate findings into improvements, and maintain clear lab documentation to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, Analytical Chemistry, or a related experimental science field. Strong hands-on experimental skills with a systematic approach to sample preparation, measurement, and documentation. Comfortable performing repetitive experiments consistently. Basic skills in Python for data analysis. Ability to understand variables, controls, noise, drift, and uncertainty. Practical, curious, detail-oriented, clear communicator with high ownership.
