Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4 quality and test engineers, oversee hardware reliability using advanced stress testing methodologies (HALT/HASS), conduct deep engineering investigations and root cause analysis, develop and execute product validation plans and test strategies, coordinate product validation activities including cost planning, and maintain complete, engineering-backed technical documentation.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related fields with extensive practical experience. Proven expertise in implementing HALT and HASS testing, excellent root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting skills, ability to communicate across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, and demonstrated experience in leading small, multidisciplinary engineering teams with a pragmatic and collaborative management style.
