Responsibilities
Conduct thorough web and API testing of new features, bug fixes, and releases from a user perspective. Focus on API testing using Postman to ensure smooth system communication. Plan and document test cases logically, track and manage bugs efficiently within Jira. Validate UI components against design specifications and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with senior QA and development teams to continuously improve QA processes. Contribute to automation efforts with existing Postman test suites and propose new automation ideas.
Qualifications
Degree, vocational training, or equivalent IT qualification, including self-taught paths. Several years of experience in software testing, especially web and API testing, with strong familiarity with common methodologies such as regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing. Proficient in data validation and tracking data flows across APIs and databases. Excellent written and spoken English skills mandatory. ISTQB certification and basic programming/coding skills are advantageous but not required.
