Responsibilities
Lead ERP projects by defining scope, strategy, and governance including documentation, timelines, resource plans, risk mitigation, and budget management. Manage all ERP implementation phases such as business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live. Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and customization. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards. Serve as primary ERP communication point for stakeholders and executives. Drive change management and user adoption in partnership with HR and department heads. Manage third-party vendor relationships, SLAs, and deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations. Deep understanding of ERP core modules including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet. Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization is a strong asset. Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and resilience skills. Eligible to obtain requisite security clearance for defense sector work.
