Responsibilities

Lead complex customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through successful program launch, aligning technical, operational, compliance, and commercial workstreams. Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing expectations and delivering a positive experience. Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and operations as well as external partners such as card schemes and programme managers. Develop project plans, manage milestones and risks, document key decisions and configurations, and contribute to continuous improvement and scaling delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex projects in the payments industry, especially related to card issuing and embedded finance. Understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and stakeholder interactions. Proven ability to deliver customer-facing projects in issuer processor, BIN Sponsor, programme manager, card bureau, scheme, bank or fintech environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail. Structured and flexible project delivery approach, collaborative mindset, and technical curiosity to engage in discussions around APIs and integrations without requiring software engineering expertise.
