Responsibilities
Manage project and commissioning tasks for energy storage projects in Europe, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors. Develop and execute commissioning plans. Negotiate contracts concerning project delivery. Lead efforts to achieve commercial operations and coordinate handover to operations and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, particularly health and safety regulations. Develop testing protocols based on market rules and contractual obligations. Produce project progress reports and maintain project risk matrix.
Qualifications
Suitable engineering degree or equivalent qualifications. Experience managing project and commissioning work of electrical equipment in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems, or other renewable energy projects. Demonstrated adherence to safety regulations (such as CDM). Strong supervisory experience of site activities with multiple contractors. Familiarity with electrical standards, regulations, and legislation. Proficient in MS Office; experience with SCADA and MODBUS is a plus. CSCS card holder or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of German or other languages is beneficial. Willingness and ability to travel for project support.
