Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs, managing scope, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes. Define and enforce appropriate project documentation and governance frameworks. Serve as the primary liaison promoting alignment and enabling teamwork across locations and organizational levels. Monitor project health and report actionable insights to leadership. Present updates and recommendations to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles. Support analysis, planning, and change management activities to facilitate informed decisions and adoption of new working methods. Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to improving PMO standards and tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in international, fast-paced environments; experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is advantageous. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree with applied knowledge of advanced methodologies and best practices. Proven ability to adapt project management approach to diverse environments with a delivery-focused mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including managing distributed teams. Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations. Detail-oriented yet maintains a holistic view of progress. Self-driven, accountable, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic settings. Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools such as Asana is desirable. Interest or proficiency in AI technologies is a plus.
