Responsibilities
Support the migration of the subscription management tool and related operational processes; assist in analyzing, testing, and validating order management workflows; coordinate with stakeholders to implement business requirements; maintain data accuracy and process consistency during migration; support invoicing and billing activities related to subscriptions and customer orders; identify process improvement opportunities; participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and documentation activities.
Qualifications
Experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, Finance Operations, or related field; good understanding of subscription business models and operational processes; experience with ERP systems and/or subscription management platforms preferred; exposure to invoicing, billing, or financial operations processes; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams; excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working in a dynamic, transformation-oriented environment.
