Responsibilities

Lead the Environmental and Social Integrity team, managing objectives, workplans, and budgets aligned with the organization's strategy. Oversee investigations related to environmental and social compliance, ensure quality assurance, and lead cross-programme integrity collaborations. Manage high-profile cases, engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, contribute to communications including crisis management, and present at expert forums. Deliver progress reports to the Board and support technical improvements of certification tools.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as natural resource management, forestry, social studies, anthropology, human rights, or stakeholder management. Minimum 5 years combined professional experience in environmental and social areas including human rights, law, policy, certification, or natural resource management. Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, conflict-sensitive communication, project management, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
