Responsibilities
Support implementation of the programme strategy and work plan; coordinate advocacy and communication strategies; manage all programme events; oversee financial deliverables including budgeting and reporting; coordinate fundraising efforts; maintain donor relationships; build and maintain advocacy networks and contact databases; track and report programme impact; manage intern integration and onboarding; support additional organizational priorities as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree plus 2 years or Bachelor's degree plus 4-5 years relevant experience; experience in think tanks or non-profits with project management; knowledge of European politics, foreign policy, and regional geopolitics; proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting; event management and advocacy experience; strong research and analytical skills; fluent English mandatory; working knowledge of French or German is a plus; IT skills in Office 365, especially Excel, plus familiarity with budget software, CRM, and data protection practices; ability to work independently and in multinational teams; willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when necessary.
