Responsibilities
Own and continuously update a multi-year digital delivery roadmap ensuring technical and strategic feasibility. Oversee and challenge complex, cross-platform initiatives with strong focus on project management, dependencies, risk, and timely delivery. Act as Program Manager for key initiatives involving planning, structuring, and execution tracking. Provide transparency on delivery progress, risks, and value realization. Ensure the validity of business cases and delivery of expected outcomes. Establish and drive governance structures including steering committees with executive stakeholders. Collaborate closely with platform leads, architecture, engineering teams, and CIO office to validate solutions and adapt to strategic priorities. Lead pragmatic change management to ensure effective adoption within the organization.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or top-tier IT consultancy managing large-scale digital programs and portfolios. Strong hands-on understanding of IT build and delivery including product delivery, engineering, integration, infrastructure, services, and legacy modernization. Ability to structure and clarify ambiguous topics into actionable plans. Comfortable working independently without formal team leadership. Strong senior stakeholder management and reporting skills with constructive challenging ability. Very good fluency in English (written and verbal); German language skills preferred but not mandatory.
