Responsibilities

Teach and manage modules across Bachelor and Master programs focused on Strategic Leadership and Digital Transformation; develop and update curricula incorporating agile leadership and digital strategies; supervise student assessments and examinations; engage actively in program development, quality assurance, and accreditation processes; establish collaborative partnerships with industry and research organizations; contribute to academic administration and committees; lead research projects and publish in peer-reviewed journals; support outreach and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

A completed university degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Leadership Studies, Organizational Development, or Digital Business; outstanding doctorate or equivalent high-impact academic publications; minimum three years of professional experience including two outside academia after a master's degree; proven university-level teaching competence with excellent student evaluations; fluency in English; international academic or industry experience preferred; demonstrated research leadership and success in obtaining third-party funding; experience in curriculum development and accreditation is advantageous.
