Responsibilities
Own the functional development of the Odoo ERP system focusing on finance and related end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align goals and priorities. Manage the backlog by translating business requirements into actionable work packages with defined acceptance criteria. Prioritize features, tasks, and bugs to continuously improve workflows. Drive roadmap topics from conception through implementation while managing scope, timeline, budget, and transparent communication of status, risks, and decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. Senior-level expertise in Accounting and Finance within an ERP context, including closing, reporting, controls, and compliance. Strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall). Assertive and analytical with a structured, pragmatic working style. Business background or degree in STEM/Business or equivalent. Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory; French is a plus; German is an advantage.
