Responsibilities
Lead the Communications Platform product vision and roadmap across multiple areas. Own the In App Communications product area, including backlog prioritization and release management. Manage and grow a team of Product and Project Managers. Collaborate with internal product teams to integrate their needs into platform strategy. Optimize platform economics and delivery performance. Work jointly with engineering on platform infrastructure and integrations. Support addition of new communication channels and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in a Product Lead role with demonstrated platform product management skills. Strong product strategy, leadership, and people management expertise. Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate cross-functionally. Technical comprehension to engage with engineering teams on trade-offs. English language proficiency at B2 or higher. Experience with communication platforms and fintech/banking background is advantageous.
