Responsibilities
Maintain an up-to-date overview of the product portfolio; manage product releases, including documentation such as release notes and changelogs; prepare and coordinate product launches; provide technical files for customer support; identify and update missing product-related materials; build and maintain market and competitor analyses; conduct customer interviews to validate requirements; consolidate feedback from sales and support; own the product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives based on market and customer data; create and maintain Product Requirement Documents; assess commercial feasibility of new product ideas.
Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in a technical/scientific field such as physics, engineering, or industrial engineering, or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in product management or related interface roles between technology and market; experience in technically oriented environments, ideally in low-temperature physics or applied quantum technology; strong communication skills to mediate between technical teams, customers, and sales; proficiency in English; independent, structured work style; German language skills are a plus.
