Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage premium airfreight shipments, including same-day and next flight-out services; handle booking and execution from enquiry to completion; act as primary contact for customers and business development; manage day-to-day operations within the Time-Critical Airfreight department; represent the company at trade fairs and events; define and optimize freight processes; report to the Airfreight Team Leader.
Qualifications
Completed freight forwarding training with preferably additional qualifications; professional experience in air freight including knowledge of next flight out services; fluent written and spoken English; willingness to work shifts and travel; proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding software; self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
