Responsibilities
Lead and establish the organization's Portfolio Management practice, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of technology projects. Monitor portfolio performance across cost, value, risk, and delivery metrics. Manage dependencies, risks, and governance processes. Support strategic planning and resource allocation. Facilitate stakeholder communication and represent PMO in governance forums. Continuously improve portfolio processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in project or portfolio management within technology/IT environments. Proven ability to manage technology portfolios, including prioritization, risk and dependency management, and value tracking. Strong financial and analytical skills. Proficient with portfolio management tools such as MS Project/Project Online, ClickUp/Azure DevOps, and reporting tools like Power BI and Excel. Experienced in implementing project governance frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
