Responsibilities
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and consultation strategies; design and facilitate consultations using innovative methods; improve engagement processes to increase participation and feedback quality; create and manage communications and engagement plans; oversee communications materials such as webpages, newsletters, and presentations; translate complex policy content into accessible messages; monitor and report on engagement activities; provide guidance to colleagues; manage budgets and timelines for delivery of engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, or related field; minimum 5 years' experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, project management or related areas; proven track record managing multi-stakeholder consultations; excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to simplify complex technical or policy information; experience creating high-quality content for diverse audiences; strong project management and organizational skills; fluency in English required; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
