Responsibilities
Develop and operate scalable API platforms; standardize and automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes; design, implement, and optimize Kubernetes and Docker-based cloud-native platforms; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows; develop platform tooling and internal services in Go, Python, or Rust; manage API infrastructure including gateways and authorization; ensure platform reliability and performance through monitoring and optimization; collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience; implement security concepts like Zero Trust and secrets management.
Qualifications
Experience with building and operating production-grade cloud and container platforms, especially Kubernetes and Docker; proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform; knowledge of API gateways and API standards (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, OpenAPI); familiarity with authentication and security protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS; experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD; programming skills in at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Rust); expertise in observability, including monitoring, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry); understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, networking, load balancing, DNS, and security architectures; ability to work in modern cloud environments and enjoy continuous improvement of platform services.
