Responsibilities
Lead the organization's Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Deployment Automation capabilities. Define and maintain platform strategies, standards, roadmaps, and operational practices. Provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions to infrastructure automation, IaC, CI/CD, and deployment automation. Drive platform modernization and AI-assisted engineering initiatives. Design reusable automation frameworks and self-service capabilities to enhance reliability and developer productivity. Ensure security, resilience, compliance, and operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle. Develop and maintain documentation including architecture standards and operational playbooks. Mentor team members and promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.
Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus. 4-6 years of experience in platform management, DevOps, infrastructure architecture or related roles. Strong experience with deploying CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps technologies, and hands-on expertise with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible. Proven skills in platform and infrastructure architecture design and documentation. Analytical mindset with proactive problem identification and a team-oriented approach. Fluent English language skills.
