Responsibilities
Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and continuous refinement. Develop automated marketing workflows and integrations using tools like n8n, Claude Code, and Zapier to streamline lead management, nurturing, and reporting. Set up and analyze analytics dashboards using GA4 and HubSpot to track key metrics and convert data into strategic insights. Maintain and segment CRM data in HubSpot to enable targeted and personalized campaigns. Create and manage marketing assets including landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences. Contribute to campaign planning, budget forecasting, and channel experimentation. Stay updated on platform changes and emerging automation technologies to optimize the tech stack.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with proven success. Proficiency with Google Ads and analytics tools such as GA4. Experience with marketing automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Claude Code and comfort using AI tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Strong analytical skills to extract and act upon insights from data. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small team environment. Preferred but not required: experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and design tools like Canva or Figma.
