Responsibilities
Own and scale organic growth across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO; conduct technical SEO audits; improve site architecture, indexing, internal linking, and schema; optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion; manage off-page SEO including backlinks and authority building; run landing page experiments to improve organic conversion; support and optimize ASO initiatives; build scalable AI and automation-driven workflows.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing; strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, off-page SEO; proven ability to grow organic traffic and conversion-driven signups; analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset; proficiency with AI tools and modern growth workflows; experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Amplitude, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower; strong ownership and ability to work independently.
