Responsibilities
Provide human resources administrative support including recruitment assistance, contract management, staff record maintenance, performance tracking, and learning and development facilitation. Manage procurement processes by preparing and reviewing bids, monitoring contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies. Coordinate logistical arrangements for high-level meetings, events, and retreats, and manage travel logistics and mission support for staff. Oversee office asset management, ICT service coordination, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Provide executive administrative support to senior management, including preparing presentations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication. Perform other duties to ensure efficient functioning of the organization.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience. At least one year of progressively responsible experience at national or international level in HR, procurement, office management, operations support or finance. Experience handling office software packages, web-based management systems, and ERP systems. Experience in logistical organization of international events is desirable. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional UN official language is a plus.
