Responsibilities
Manage all activities related to work packages ensuring safety, cost, time, and quality compliance; interface regularly with customers and attend meetings; handle delivery notes and approvals; provide customer support and ensure satisfaction; adapt human resources to contract needs; maintain traceability of activities; ensure availability of materials and tools; define and enforce workflows and processes; analyze and implement improvements; manage team schedules, remuneration, skill development, training, evaluations, contract types, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards; promote team meetings and internal rules compliance; plan weekly resources; handle social and intercultural team topics; act as main contact for team and customers.
Qualifications
Trained Technical Engineer with 3+ years experience in the aeronautics sector and 3-5 years in management; strong knowledge of aeronautical technologies and economical environment; experience with engine/fan cowl installation/removal projects preferred; proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and relevant tools; excellent English and French language skills, German is a plus; ability to work in fast-paced environments, strong organizational, leadership, and customer-oriented skills; experience managing production activities and multicultural teams; commitment to continuous improvement and internal process enhancements.
