Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of the unified O&M platform; assist with CRM and system data integration and verification; manage master data for contracts, sites, customers, and assets; build and improve automated workflows covering O&M handover, LTSA management, revenue tracking, and service requests; support data ingestion and integration across platforms; prepare dashboards and reports providing management real-time operational visibility; identify data quality issues and contribute to process automation enhancements.
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Computer Science, or related fields; structured and analytical approach; understanding of business processes and supporting technical systems; experience with Excel, databases, low-code platforms, APIs, dashboards, or automation tools is a plus; familiarity with CRM systems, Python, SQL, or Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory; fluent in English at C1 level; German or Chinese language skills are beneficial; proactive, detail-oriented with effective communication skills across departments and regions.
