Responsibilities
Apply the Nature Analytics Framework to assess and monitor nature-based solutions (NbS) projects within client portfolios, providing actionable insights. Conduct due diligence including reviewing carbon projections and performing remote sensing analysis. Contribute to evolution of the Nature Analytics Framework. Stay informed about emerging carbon and nature standards, methodologies, and monitoring technologies. Support content marketing with innovative NbS knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with external technical advisors and partners.
Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in environmental science or related field with a focus on forestry, nature conservation, ecosystem restoration, or carbon sequestration. 3-5 years of experience in due diligence or project development of NbS projects. Expertise in nature-based carbon methodologies, verification standards, and monitoring technologies. Established network in nature-based solutions. Fluent in English; German language skills a plus.
