Responsibilities

Supervise contracted drilling fluid and solids control companies ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. Optimize drilling fluids and solids control equipment. Develop solutions for wellbore issues. Ensure compliance with drilling fluid parameters and make necessary adjustments. Plan fluid changes, cementing, and fluid storage, calculating required quantities. Manage waste at drilling rigs, ensuring technical and safety compliance. Train drilling personnel on fluid and waste management practices. Prepare detailed daily, section, and final reports and communicate regularly with management.

Qualifications

Work experience in the German market, preferably Upper Rhine Valley. Training or qualifications as drilling fluid engineer or technician, or extensive drilling fluids experience. In-depth knowledge of fluid systems, additives, contaminants, and basic geology. Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations related to waste management. Skilled in creating detailed drilling fluid logs and proficient with technical software and MS Office. Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry, geology. Motivated team player, willing to travel and engage in training and innovation. Possesses a Class B driver's license.
