Responsibilities
Design and develop realistic mobile software engineering tasks to evaluate advanced AI models; cover debugging, feature development, code refactoring, application state and lifecycle management, and performance optimization. Build reproducible development environments with clear specifications. Create deterministic automated tests accepting valid and rejecting invalid solutions. Provide verified golden reference solutions demonstrating correct implementations. Ensure tasks are technically rigorous and suitable for AI evaluation.
Qualifications
Significant hands-on experience in at least one mobile development specialization (cross-platform, iOS, or Android). Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Swift, or Kotlin. Deep understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and app lifecycle. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mobile applications and implement robust fixes. Experience with mobile feature development, code refactoring, and improving application performance. Ability to create automated tests and clear technical documentation. Availability to start shortly after onboarding and meet weekly task submission requirements.
