Responsibilities
Plan and monitor product availability across channels and categories; translate forecasts and sales data into replenishment decisions; create and validate inventory and ordering plans; identify risks like shortages or overstocks; coordinate with purchasing and suppliers on order timing and delivery; track production status and escalate supply issues; support invoice and claim clarifications affecting supply; act as operational liaison among forecasting, sales, supply chain, logistics, customer success, and finance; provide feedback on forecasts and replenish needs; improve processes and tools related to merchandise planning and replenishment; contribute to data evaluation and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in merchandise, replenishment, retail, category, inventory, or supply planning within FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods environments; strong understanding of stock levels, replenishment, sales performance; proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One), and data reporting tools; strong analytical and numerical confidence; excellent communication and collaboration skills; structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach; hands-on mentality with ownership and follow-up discipline; fluent in English.
