Responsibilities
Prioritize and coordinate inbound materials based on production needs and urgency; collaborate with receiving, inspection, warehouse, and production teams to ensure efficient material flow; expedite critical parts to production lines; manage material shortages and critical parts lists; align daily priorities with planning and shopfloor teams; coordinate outbound flow of finished goods; expedite finished goods through quality inspection to meet deadlines; maintain availability of consumables and stable kanban systems; identify and resolve bottlenecks in internal logistics; track and communicate status of materials and delays; support continuous improvement initiatives in material flow processes.
Qualifications
Completed commercial, technical, or logistics-related training; experience in internal logistics, material planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain management within a production environment; strong understanding of end-to-end material flows including kanban and consumables management; excellent prioritization, coordination, and communication skills; problem-solving mindset with proactive approach; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems like SAP and strong Excel skills; fluency in English.
