Responsibilities
Build and strengthen brand identity and loyalty by maintaining consistent voice, tone, image, and messaging across all outbound channels. Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to attract and nurture potential customers. Coordinate marketing activities to ensure alignment and reinforcement among advertising, promotions, and events. Tailor communications to target audiences for maximum relevance and impact. Allocate marketing resources efficiently across channels. Foster strong audience engagement and meaningful brand interactions. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to analyze campaign data, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing roles with proven skills in campaign development and execution. Working knowledge of content creation for digital and traditional marketing channels and social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with external marketing agencies and B2B marketing is preferred. Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in marketing; postgraduate marketing qualifications considered a plus.
