Responsibilities

Define, document, and maintain production processes including PFMEA and control plans. Support assembly and test fixture concept development, setup, and verification. Optimize dispensing paths and debug AOI equipment programs. Analyze test fixture abnormalities and investigate defects. Perform statistical analysis on test equipment data (MSA, CPK, CGK). Conduct daily production preparation and equipment readiness checks. Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment with minimal downtime. Coordinate with suppliers and engineers for equipment performance improvements. Support data collection and continuous equipment improvements. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with 5S standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Support daily production coordination and communication activities.

Qualifications

Completed vocational training, technical education, or bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields. Initial professional experience or strong practical exposure in factory automation, assembly, or test equipment engineering. Practical understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly in production. Ability to analyze quality issues of ECU/MCU/IVI in electric vehicles and support corrective actions. Basic to solid understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and circuit analysis. Experience with production equipment, fixtures, and automation systems. Structured, hands-on, and reliable work approach with attention to detail and quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and production teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard Office applications. English language skills sufficient for international communication; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
