Responsibilities
Maintain and inspect hotel systems and equipment covering electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation. Diagnose and resolve faults promptly, coordinating and supervising external contractors as needed. Conduct safety checks throughout the hotel and address issues immediately. Serve as a friendly point of contact for guests regarding hotel facilities.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in electrical work, plumbing, or air conditioning/ventilation, preferably with experience in building services or domestic engineering.
