Responsibilities
Identify and screen M&A targets aligned with strategic growth; build investment theses and maintain opportunity pipelines. Lead all transaction workstreams including financial modeling, due diligence, SPA negotiation, and stakeholder approval processes. Coordinate with external legal, financial, and technical advisors. Prepare investment documentation for executive and shareholder communications. Manage internal cross-functional coordination and communication with shareholders and lenders. Support post-acquisition integration and maintain institutional deal knowledge.
Qualifications
7+ years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting with direct transaction execution experience. Proficient in building complex financial models (DCF, LBO, earn-outs). Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary due diligence and working with external advisors. Strong affinity for energy, mobility, infrastructure, or technology sectors. Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
